The Health of our Puppies Is Guaranteed
Anthony’s White Labs Health Guarantee
We guarantee this puppy, to the best of our knowledge, to be healthy. The purchaser has 5 business days from the
purchase date to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian. Should the veterinarian find the puppy unfit
for purchase due to conditions or disorders that will affect the long-term health of the puppy, the breeder agrees
to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy and all paperwork to the breeder. The veterinary reports,
diagnosis and test results must be provided to the breeder in WRITING.Failure to have the puppy examinedby
your vet within this time period will void this guarantee. All expenses including veterinary costs and return shipping
are the responsibility of the purchaser.
HIP and Elbow Guarantee:
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free of hip and elbow dysplasia to an age of 24 months. Certified by OFA. Certificate available upon request.
To validate this guarantee:
The dog must be owned by the original owner.
The dog must not have been bred.
The dog must not be overweight.
The dog must not be over 24 months of age.
Hip evaluation must be done by OFA and show that the hips are moderately to severely dysplastic.
Eye evaluation must be done by a licensed veterinary ophthalmologist. All x-rays and vet reports must be provided
for verification before the replacement is authorized. Breeder reserves the right to have a second opinion of a
veterinarian of our choice before any action is to take place. If your dog is shown to be dysplastic or suffering from
PRCD the owner may return the dog along with all paperwork and receive a replacement puppy of the similar value
and quality from a future litter as long as the breeder is still breeding. You may also decide to keep the dog. If you
choose this option you must provide us paperwork showing that the dog has been neutered or spayed. All veterinary
and shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
